Power pole crash

A car collided with a power pole on Sixth Street North in North Hudson, Wedenesday night, Nov. 23.


Brady Peterson, 21, of Hudson was driving the 2004 Chevrolet Malibu that veered off Sixth Street North in North Hudson Wednesday night, Nov. 23, and hit a power pole. He escaped serious injury in the crash.

  • The pole stopped Brady Peterson's car from hitting a sign marking the location of the 45th parallel (halfway between the equator and North Pole) in North Hudson. The sign is a few feet south of the power pole that had to be replaced following the crash.
  • A police officer or emergency worker inspects the interior of the car. The vehicle's air bags deployed in the collision.
