R.E.S.C.U.E in Christ Ministries is a new movement to provide youth with a safe, non-threatening, alternative where intimidation takes a back seat to fun, community service and possible mission trips. Designed to be ecumenical and all inclusive for youth in the area, teams have formed to develop a plan to reach their goals.

A third teenager faces felony charges in connection with a sexual incident last fall that was video recorded form a cell phone during an underage drinking party. Alexander Freedom Gove, 17, town of Hudson, posted a $25,000, signature bond on felony child sexploitation and sex assault of an intoxicated victim charges at an initial hearing Aug. 30.
