Hudson man guilty in mortgage scheme
A Hudson man has pleaded guilty in Minneapolis to running a $10-million mortgage fraud scheme. James Ober was charged with racketeering in the case that involved some 65 homes in foreclosure in Minneapolis, St. Paul and other Minnesota areas during 2009 and 2010.
