Audrey Glasbrenner Edmunds: Starting over
The name Glasbrenner is a familiar one to many in Hudson. The late John Glasbrenner was a teacher. The Glasbrenner children, Fred, Wayne, Gary and Audrey all attended school here. Audrey was the 1977 Pepper Fest queen. But it is what happened to Audrey almost 20 years later that seems like something out of a movie and very far from her Hudson roots.

Glasbrenner to talk about wrongful conviction
Audrey Glasbrenner Edmunds, a former Pepper Fest queen, was tried and convicted of killing an infant in her care. “It Happened to Audrey” tells her story that led ultimately to her sentence being overturned. She will be at Chapter 2 Books on Jan. 25 at 6 p.m.
