New option for yard waste disposal available to city residents
Residents of the city of Hudson have a new option for disposing of their tree leaves and other yard waste. For $90 a year, or $7.50 per month, residents can have once-a-week pickup of yard waste collected in a 96-gallon cart provided to the customer.

The Empty Bowl dinner Friday night at The Phipps Center drew a record number of people and raised the most money ever from the Hudson event. This year’s recipient of $1,600 in donations is the Backpack Program that provides food to families in need through Hudson elementary schools.
