Anyone who knows Jacci Zappa will probably not be surprised by her decision to devote the next two years serving others as a Peace Corps volunteer in Tanzania, Africa. There I saw an enormous, windowless, two-story cement box being constructed on the west side of that stately old building, originally built in 1939.
