Memorial Day observances set in Hudson, area
Memorial Day observances are scheduled Monday in the Hudson area at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery at 9 a.m. and Willow River Cemetery at 10:15. Additional observances are scheduled in Afton, Lakeland and Bayport. The local presentations are sponsored by American Legion Post 50 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2115.

Scouts visit EMS
The Wolf Den from Pack 213 visited St. Croix EMS recently. The Scouts learned some basic first aid, how computers help the paramedics communicate with the hospital, toured the facility and made a first aid kit to keep in their backpacks.
