House fire victim identified
The St. Croix County Sheriff’s department has identified the victim in a rural Somerset house fire late Friday. Thomas H. Cook, 70, was found dead in his house at 2107 County Rd. I. A deputy was dispatched at 11:59 p.m., Oct. 5.
