Lanphear is St. Paul’s ‘Miss Shamrock’
Ashley Lanphear, a 2004 Hudson high School graduate, has earned the title of Miss Shamrock 2013 in the city of St. Paul. She was chosen based on her representation of the St. Patrick’s Association (SPA) and crowned the week of St. Patrick’s Day. She will serve as the figurehead of the association for the year ahead.
