“Majestic Flyway” will be the theme of the 2013 Hudson Hot Air Affair winter festival and hot air balloon rally. The annual event will be Feb. 1-3, with hot air balloon mass ascensions, moon glow, torchlight parade, craft sale, chili cookoff, birding theme programs and many other family-oriented events.
