Bear Cub Scouts in Den 5 of pack 213 earned their Whittling Chips. They learned pocketknife safety, took a safety pledge and demonstrated safe use while making a soap carving. Scouts included, front, Ethan Pitzer; second row from left, Beni Kemp, Lucas Biederman, Parker Thene, Travis Hastreiter and Garrett Mau; third row, Connor Barclay, Bailey Dutton, Zachary Sackett, Aaron Langert, Ryan Voss, Will Coenen and Gus Richter; back, James Dutton Den Leader.
