An accident on westbound I-94 near Highway 65 in Roberts blocked the freeway late Thursday afternoon. The accident, involving a semi and two vehicles, happened at about 4:10 p.m. A fatal accident on I-94 in Minnesota near the Manning Avenue exit also clogged Thursday afternoon eastbound commuter traffic.

Update: Tree limb knocked out power in North Hudson, St. Joseph
About 1,000 Xcel Energy customers in North Hudson and the town of St. Joseph were without electrical service for a time Wednesday night after a tree limb fell on a power line. Hudson Fire Chief Jim Frye said the branch broke off a tree in the back yard of a North Hudson residence.
