Incumbent Chair Dan Gavin survived in the town of St. Joseph election Tuesday, but two incumbent board members were ousted. Both Jim Traeger and Rick Colbeth were defeated. Traeger lost to Daniel Thompson and Colbeth lost to Keegan McConaughey.
