Wekkin to seek NH presidency; two trustee seats may be open
The village of North Hudson could have two vacant trustee seats entering the April election. President George Klein and trustee Dan Ortner have both filed non-candidacy papers. Trustee Stan Wekkin has filed papers to run for village president. If Wekkin is elected (he is the only candidate who filed for the post), it could leave open both the trustee seats of Wekkin and Ortner.

Ponder's quarterback sneak to Hudson was nothing new
“In 1893, 956 persons (478 couples) were married in the city of Hudson. Considering the place has less than a 3,000 population, it is doubtful that any village in the world of the same size can show so excellent a record.”
