Winner pushes daughter through Pepper Fest 10K

Ride 2 Recovery cyclists will stop in Hudson next Wednesday 
On Monday, Aug. 23, the Ride 2 Recovery cyclists will stop in Hudson on their way to the American Legion National Convention in Milwaukee on Aug. 28-Sept. 2. The riders are expected to arrive between 4 and 5 p.m.

Crowning Achievements holds bake sale
Crowning Achievements, a pageant and mentoring program for men and women with special needs, is holding a bake sale at the Hudson Wal-Mart on Aug. 28 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. The pageant is Oct. 16.

Rehders are Pepper Fest Parade Grand Marshals
Norm and Shirley Rehder have connections to North Hudson that go all the way back to their wedding day. This Saturday, the Rehders will don their Pepper Fest shirts and necklaces as they are honored in the parade as Grand Marshals.
