Hudson’s Goodwill Store opens its doors Saturday, August 28, the Hudson Goodwill store opened its door to the public. The response was more than anyone expected. “We beat all sales expectations and goals,” said Emily Bollensen about the store’s first day.

Student enrollment going up

The Hudson School District continues to grow as the first day of school draws closer. While all numbers are preliminary at this stage, district Deputy Director Nancy Sweet said the current count is about 50 students more than this time last year.

District gets top bond rating on Hudson Middle School project

The Hudson Board of Education gave approval to a series of bids to complete a $2 million addition to the Hudson Middle School. Work begins this month with the project scheduled to be completed by the start of second semester in January 2011.
