Thirteen teens had their New Year’s Eve celebration interrupted by the North Hudson Police Department just before midnight Jan. 1. By the time police were done, all had received citations for underage drinking and possession of alcohol.

The Hudson Fire Department is asking citizens to assist in keeping fire hydrants shoveled and cleared of snow. If a home fire breaks out, valuable minutes can be wasted by firefighters if they have to shovel out a fire hydrant before attaching hoses.
