PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of North Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin has declared its intention to exercise its police power in accordance with (66.0703, Wis. Stats., to levy special assessments upon property with the following described assessment district for benefits conferred upon the property for construction of, including but not limited to, storm sewer, aggregate base course, common excavation, asphaltic pavement, traffic control, and restoration, along with engineering and administration fees.

The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, March 25, 2010, at 8:30 a.m. at the Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following request under the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The Board will view the site in question, after which the Board will deliberate and vote on the request.
