The Hudson Booster Club is preparing for the spring-summer baseball and softball season. The Boosters offer girls and boys in the Hudson School District the opportunity to play in the recreational, competitive or challenger programs.

The Raider softball team defeated River Falls, 5-2, in a WIAA regional semifinal last Tuesday before its season came to an end with a 4-0 loss in the regional final Thursday at Chippewa Falls.

Raider softball sweeps ECM
Ari Schultz combined for three hits, including a homer and four RBI in both games and Maddie Karras had three hits and drove in four runs in the nightcap as the Raider softball team swept a doubleheader from Eau Claire Memorial, 6-1 and 9-6, last Tuesday in Eau Claire.

Softball wraps up busy week
It was a busy week for the Raider softball team, which played seven games in five days and came out victorious in three. The wins included an 8-7 victory over Eau Claire North in the first game of a doubleheader last Tuesday, and two wins at the Robbinsdale Tournament on Saturday.
