The Raider volleyball team recovered from a rough first set to win the next three and post a 3-1 victory over Ellsworth in the 2010 season opener last Thursday at the high school gym.

Win tournament
The Croix Attack 14-1 volleyball team were champions of their own tournament Saturday as they defeated Burnsville Thunder, St. Croix Spikers and Northern Heat in pool play. In the championship bracket they went on to defeat NOMA Stars and Croix Attack 14-2 to win the tournament.

Hudson Volleyball Association sets meeting and tryouts
The Hudson Volleyball Association will host an informational meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 10, at Hudson Middle School. The meeting is for girls ages 12 -18 interested in playing volleyball from January through April.
