Robbery suspect Carr arrested in Chippewa County
A man who failed to appear for a pre-trial conference in St. Croix County has been arrested in a forgery investigation in Chippewa County. A bench warrant was issued Feb. 27 when Jared Shane Carr, 37, failed to appear for the hearing on three counts of felony armed robbery.March 14, 2013
