A Hudson bank has filed four foreclosure cases against a development company and a North Hudson man, calling in over $16.6 million in debt.
The lawsuits involve development projects in Hudson, River Falls, the town of Troy and the town of Warren.
After considering arguments for and against expansion of a planned business district in the Heritage Greens neighborhood last Thursday night, the Hudson Plan Commission sent the developer back to the drawing board.
On Thursday, May 15, BrightKeys, the developer of the Heritage Greens residential development, held a meeting for the residential neighbors of their development to discuss their plans for the commercial areas in their development. They tried to explain why they are requesting to be allowed to increase the size of the commercial area within this residential development.
