C. Key Dates:
1. Proposal Due Date: Tuesday, September 26, 2017 @ 2:00 p.m.
D. Method of Delivery: Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been selected as an Agency Construction Manager by Hudson Schools to administer the construction of Hudson High School
1. This package consists of (2) work scopes for re-proposal to complete the addition and renovation.
2. The work will be constructed in accordance with the Project
E. Work Included in this Offering: We are presently soliciting competitive "Prime Contract Proposals" for the following portions of work as defined herein.
1. All portions of the Work as defined in Section 01 12 10.
F. Proposal Date and Location: Sealed Proposals will be received at Hudson Schools District Office, 644 Brakke Drive, Hudson, WI 54016. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2017.
1. Proposals will not be opened or read aloud.
2. All proposals require Best Value attachments to be filled out.

C. Examination of Documents: Proposer shall carefully examine entire content of Documents to become thoroughly familiar with the documents and project requirements. Refer to Instructions to Proposers for additional requirements.
D. Examination of the Site: Proposers shall make arrangements with the Construction Manager to visit the project site to obtain first-hand knowledge of existing conditions, including existing utilities and services, obstacles which may be encountered and all other conditions relative to the Work to be performed
1.04 OTHER CONDITIONS
A. Time of Completion: Refer to Section 01 32 10 - Proposals shall reflect all costs necessary to meet this schedule requirement.
B. Owner's Right to Reject Proposals: Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals which are in any way incomplete or irregular or to waive informalities or irregularities in a Proposal received, and accept a Proposal, which in the Owner's judgment is in the Owner's best interests.
C. Additional Compensation: Contractors shall not receive extra payments for conditions which can be determined by examining the site and the Contract Documents.
