Saturday, Feb. 23, Hudson's eighth-grade DI team invites you to an open house at the Hudson Area Library from 1:15 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Come have a cookie and enjoy stories co-written and drawn by second-graders from Hudson Prairie Elementary and elders in our community who participate in the Day Away Club. The club is a social respite program for adults with memory loss or limited mobility.

This project brings the generations together and shows different perspectives through something we all enjoy sharing...stories.

Second-graders from Hudson Prairie Elementary School wrote original stories with pictures, then elders in our community wrote new stories based on how they interpreted the pictures. Each book contains both of the stories.
