Women's club meets
The Hudson Women's Club Singers will entertain residents of CCH on
Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. with a sing-along of old time, Valentine-inspired
favorites. The singers are directed by Bobbi Pominville, retired Hudson music teacher and club president, and are open to anyone who wants to sing from the community.
Bobbi holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College in music education. The accompanist is Nancy Burman, local voice and piano teacher, who is a graduate of Bethel College with a degree in music education. She teaches voice and piano at her home studio and directs the St. Croix County 4H Showchoir.
Members of the club are encouraged to attend to help serve cookies and coffee and interact with CCH residents. Singers are asked to come early at 1:15 p.m. to rehearse in the chapel and should wear red or pink to the meeting. Well-behaved pets are also welcome.
