Every year the Chamber of Commerce has the difficult task of choosing the best looking holiday window displays downtown in several categories. This year's winner for the most creative display goes to the Hudson Flower Shop at 222 Locust St. Honorable mention goes to Lavender Thymes. (photos by Meg Heaton)
