Students will not need to make up snow days
Students in the Hudson School District will not need to make up the recent school closing days resulting from inclement weather according to information received from the administration.
The district's school calendar includes student instructional time that extends beyond the number of hours required by the State of Wisconsin. If additional school closings occur between now and the
end of the school year, further review of student instructional time will be required and adjustments made to the daily schedule if needed.
In a press release the district said it appreciated the patience and understanding of school families. "The difficult decision to delay and or close schools best balances the safety needs of all students with the regrettable inconvenience experienced by families."
