Schachtner defeats Jarchow in special election

Parade may use original route, ending at Coulee Road

The Hudson Police Department said Wednesday that the Booster Day parade route (Saturday 11 a.m.) could extend on Second Street to Coulee Road if First Street flooding subsides by that time. It was reported in the Star-Observer that the parade would be shortened, ending at the corner of Second and Walnut streets.

The department reports, however, that the route may be extended if the detour route can use First Street between Buckeye and Wisconsin streets.
