With the first day of school early this year, Hudson students were in class during today’s solar eclipse. Students at E.P. Rock Elementary, as well as other schools in the district, were provided glasses to get a glimpse of the eclipse.

Here in Hudson, the eclipse covered about 85 percent of the sun. Clouds moved in right around the peak of the eclipse here at 1 p.m., but students were able to see the sight before and when there was a break in clouds.
