Bucks close out exhibition season today at home against Detroit
The Milwaukee Bucks will close out their exhibition season tonight when they host the Detroit Pistons.
The Bucks are 3-4 in the pre-season, as they get ready to open the regular campaign a week from tonight at Philadelphia.
Coach Scott Skiles has been slowly getting starters Michael Redd and Andrew Bogut back into the mix, as they come off major injuries.
And Skiles has still not decided who he'll start at point guard - rookie Brandon Jennings or veteran Luke Ridnour.
Thursday, the Bucks announced that forward Joe Alexander will be out 8-12 weeks after he re-aggravated a hamstring injury in his rehab exercises.
Bucks owner' Herb Kohl expects team revenues to drop this season due to the recession.
This is his 25th year of owning the Bucks. And while he's been looking to sell the team for some time, Kohl tells the Journal Sentinel he's not in a hurry.
He also repeated the need for a new arena, and said the community should not count on a single donor like him to build the majority of it.
But Kohl said it's no time to talk about financing, with so many people hurting from the economy.
