Catalyst Sports Medicine earns Family Friendly Workplace certification
Catalyst Sports Medicine recently received the highest level of certification as a "Gold" Family Friendly Workplace from the United Way St. Croix Valley's Success by 6 initiative. This certification recognizes businesses that actively invest in programs and practices that support employees and their families.
The family-friendly practices Catalyst Sports Medicine was recognized for included employer health savings accounts; 401(K) plan; paid leave; maternity, paternity and bereavement leave; a flexible variable day or week work schedule for employees; branded apparel and more.
