David Anderson and Claire Terrones greet guests at a practice opening of Jimmie's Old Southern BBQ Smokehouse last Friday evening, May 20. The restaurant at 2421 Hanley Road opened to the public on Tuesday, May 24. Anderson is well-known for the Famous Dave's barbecue restaurant chain that he founded in 1994.
