Brian T. Augustus, 31, Chicago, Ill., was ordered to pay $10,000 cash bail on felony counts of fraud against financial institution (repeater), forgery (repeater, as party to a crime) and theft-movable property (repeater) July 18. The charges resulted from a May 25, 2017 incident in River Falls.

Nathan L. Andorff, 38, Roberts, is facing extradition to Aitkin County, Minn., where he is charged with felony check forgery and offering forged check charges.

An extradition complaint was filed for Cassie Burkhart-Chevre, 33, St. Paul, from Ramsey County, Minn., where she is wanted for a probation violation after a felony theft/take drive motor vehicle without owner consent conviction.

Adam R. Gibson, 29, Star Prairie, was ordered to pay $250 cash bail on felony battery or threat to judge, prosecutor or law enforcement officer, criminal trespass to dwelling and possess drug paraphernalia charges July 12. The charges resulted from a July 11 incident in the town of Star Prairie.

Domestic disorderly conduct and two domestic battery (infliction of physical pain or injury) charges against Thomas A. Gibson, 51, New Richmond, were dismissed July 10. He was convicted of misdemeanor bail jumping, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 in a separate case. The charges stemmed from incidents Jan. 14 and June 20 in New Richmond.

A felony failure to support child charge against Michael R. Greene, 52, Hastings, Minn., was dismissed July 12. The charge resulted from incidents Dec. 1, 2014 through March 31, 2015 in St. Croix County.

James N. Justus, 34, Independence, was convicted of misdemeanor bail jumping, sentenced to jail time served (six days) and fined $314.50 July 9. A felony bail jumping charged was dismissed. The charges stemmed from a Nov. 22 incident in Wilson.

Desmond M. LaPean, 21, Minneapolis, was convicted of felony repeated sexual assault of same child (al least three violations of first degree sexual assault) Feb. 5. On July 9, he was sentenced to 12 years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision and fined $518. The charge resulted from incidents Sept. 1, 2013 through Sept. 1, 2014 in Hudson.

Suzanne Myhre, 48, St. Paul, waived extradition July 13 to Dakota County, Minn., where she was convicted of felony forgery—offer/possess with intent to defraud. She failed to appear for a probation violation hearing.

Jessica J. Olson, 45, Roberts, was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bail on four felony bail jumping charges July 17. The charges resulted from incidents June 15, 21 and 26 in Hudson.

Jesse D. Peterson, 29, River Falls, waived extradition July 11 to Washington County, Minn., where he is charged with felony drugs (second degree, possess 6 grams or more cocaine/heroin/meth).

Felony OWI-fifth and operating with PAC-fifth charges against Rex A. Trotterchaude, formerly of Cloquet, Minn., were dismissed July 10. Trotterchaude died in 2006. The charges resulted from a Dec. 3, 2002 incident in Hudson.

Codi Walztoni, 24, River Falls, posted a $1,750 signature bond on two felony possession of methamphetamine charges and one misdemeanor bail jumping charge July 13. The charges stemmed from a July 10 incident in the town of Somerset.

Kristie Williams, 37, Roberts, posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony possession of methamphetamine and possess drug paraphernalia charges July 13. The charges resulted from a July 12 incident in the town of Hammond.

Sterling R. Wold, 19, Hudson, was ordered to pay $1,000 cash bail on felony vehicle operator flee/elude officer, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of THC, possess drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked (alcohol related) charges July 18. The charges stemmed from a July 17 incident in the town of Hudson.
