Comedy show Feb. 16, Hudson seniors highlighted
The Hudson SAFE Committee is presenting a comedy night at the Hudson High School auditorium on Saturday Feb. 16, at 7 p.m.
Isaac Witty, who has appeared on David Letterman and Comedy Central, will headline the event. He was born with a comedy-ready name to parents who made their living doing Christian sketch comedy in churches around the country. Crowds are sure to love his clean, hilarious material.
Also appearing is Colleen Justice, a Minneapolis mother of four performs all around the Midwest, whose sarcastic and sometimes dark take on the ordinary will keep you laughing. Tom Smith, who lives in Hudson with his wife Sarah, and children Stef, Ellie, and Lou, will also appear on stage. His self-deprecating style and sometimes-outrageous themes are centered on his family and their experiences right here in Hudson.
Tucker Millett, Karl Wertheimer, Emerson Korum, and Elliot Levey are Hudson High School seniors and comedians who have thrilled hundreds with their "Friday Night Stand-Up" shows at the high school.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. All proceeds will go to fund the Hudson SAFE senior all-night graduation party. Advanced ticket purchase is advised. Students are encouraged to buy tickets during lunchtime at the high school. Others may buy tickets by contacting Sarah (715) 377-0665, Glenda (715) 381-8005, or Carol (651) 283-5267, or at the high school the night of the show.
