Why would you like to serve as a North Hudson Village Trustee?

I bring my extensive experience with a farming upbringing north of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, four years of naval service, engineering education, 30 years of major corporate work and 11 years working for the Cameron School District in an administrative position as qualifications for this position.

My Christian beliefs dictate me to make decisions based on the Godly principles contained in the Declaration of Independence and US Constitution, a Conservative Strict Constitutionalist. I feel like my North Hudson Village Trustee decisions will be well balanced between the needs and desires of the North Hudson people and existing federal and state law. I do not adhere to frivolous debt, expanding unnecessary government regulations nor party politics based voting decisions.

Why would you like to serve as a North Hudson Village Trustee?

I wish to continue keeping the North Hudson community safe and clean by supporting the committees that propagate those sentiments. I have raised my children and lived in North Hudson for 20 years and hope that other families can feel good about doing the same. With experience in building management, healthcare management, and the skilled trades I should be able to help make good decisions and bring subject matter expertise on many subjects. We all have responsibilities in life whether they be to our job, family, financial, or others, I want to embrace my social/community responsibility and give back to the community that has given to me and my family.

Why would you like to serve as a North Hudson Village Trustee?

I became a North Hudson Village Trustee by a write-in vote and won by one vote, which shows that every vote does count. The experience over the last two years as an elected official has certainly increased my knowledge of the village and how it operates.

I have been a resident of North Hudson for 29 years. I have seen it develop yet still remain a copacetic neighborhood to live in.

As an elected official you're responsible to educate yourself with village activities and to make sure proposals are clearly understood. I am confident in saying that over the last two years that I have taken ownership of this Trustee role and have represented the village with my best intentions. Please vote, it does matter.
