Letter: Seeks voter support

The voters of St. Croix County turned out in great numbers last week to make their voices heard in both the presidential primary and the local election for the new judge position, St. Croix County Branch 4. I am grateful for the opportunity to run for this open judge seat and because of the hard work of many volunteers and supporters, my name has been advanced to the general election ballot for April 1.

This primary election success could not have been possible without the support of many good people here in Hudson and throughout St. Croix County. I wish to re-iterate my promise to run a professional campaign to the finish.

I will bring new ideas and new energy to the position of St. Croix County judge. I have developed a seven-point plan to improve how we administer justice in our communities, and you can read more about it at my Web site, A visit to my Web site will also provide you with further information about my background as a state of Wisconsin public defender attorney for 16 years and my extensive volunteer service to our community.

I believe I am the best candidate to make St. Croix County a safe place to live and work, because I will bring commitment, integrity and common sense to the bench.

I am running a grass roots campaign. Please take the time to learn more about me from my Web site and please consider voting for me in the general election on April 1.
