This year marks another successful Operation HELP Campaign for Kids.

Last week sponsors dropped off gifts for 160 families who needed a little help this holiday season. That translated into more than 427 children who received gifts this year. Along with the gifts, families receive vouchers, personal care items and more. We thank all sponsors for giving these children a memorable Christmas. In addition, we thank the many churches, businesses and organizations that made this event a success, including St. Paul's Episcopal Church for hosting space for the program, as well as Bethel, Shepherd of the Valley, St. Patrick Church, Family Fresh, the YMCA, Associated Bank, Viking Electronics, Edina Realty, WESTconsin Credit Union, Wells Fargo, First American Bank, Hiawatha Bank, Riverfront Athletics, Tangled Salon and Wild River Yacht Club for their support.

In addition to the Christmas Campaign for Kids, Operation HELP provides the following throughout the year: emergency assistance (rent, utilities and minor car repairs); vouchers for gas, laundry and food; undergarments, toiletries and hygiene items and miscellaneous baby items.
