Bacon Bash 8

Sunday afternoon at Bacon Bash means photo ops with Parading Pigs, a group of tutu wearing porcine impersonators and their handlers. Behind Shirley Morgan from Austin, Minn., are (L to R) cotton candy pink haired Bev Baer from Blaine, Minn., Ruth Peterson from Hudson, Denise Blake from Adams, Minn. and Sharon and Richard Young from New Richmond. Submitted photo.

The annual Bacon Bash festivities took place this past Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 18-19, in Heritage Park and City Hall Plaza. Live music, pigs, yard games, bacon inspired food and much more elicited many smiles and laughs from all. Check out some of our favorite shots from the numerous events.
