Wisconsin has opened up the COVID-19 vaccines to all those age 16 and older. Many organizations throughout the state have been authorized as vaccine providers, including county public health departments, healthcare providers and pharmacies. Here’s where you can find the shot locally:
St. Croix County
Residents can register to be added to the county’s public health list on the county website.
The form is to register for a vaccine, it does not book an appointment. When a vaccine is available, you will be contacted by public health or a provider.
Most healthcare providers are contacting patients, and focusing on those with chronic conditions, over the age of 65 or essential workers. Some providers may be vaccinating current patients only. Check the provider’s website to see their current policy.
Local healthcare providers who are vaccinating include:
Western Wisconsin Health
Westfields Hospital and Clinic
Pharmacies have appointments open to all eligible residents. Appointments can be found online at the pharmacy website.
Local pharmacies serving as vaccine providers include:
Walgreens - Hudson and River Falls
Family Fresh - River Falls
Walmart - New Richmond
Village Pharmacy Baldwin
A map of vaccine providers across the state can be found at the Wisconsin DHS website.
