Here are this week's reports from River Falls Police:
Graffiti was reported from River Falls High School at 1:44 p.m. May 18. “Soup” was written in black ballpoint pen. Damage: $20
Vandalism was reported at 2:51 a.m. May 21 from Kusilek Street. The complainant told police his house had been hit last year by “senior boys night” pranks, so he stayed awake this year to watch for vandalism. At 2 a.m. a group of four vehicles and about eight juveniles dumped corn and potatoes in the yard and spray painted genitals on the front steps. A group of juveniles came at 2:45 a.m. and threw flour on the front door and in the yard. The complainant told police that was the second time he confronted one of the juveniles and detained him with a “bear hug” and brought him inside. The complainant did not wish to pursue charges.
Graffiti was reported at 8:30 a.m. May 21 at the River Falls High School. Genitalia was drawn in black marker. Damage: $30.
A stolen motorcycle was reported at 1:20 p.m. May 22 from Cascade Avenue. The complainant told police the motorcycle was taken sometime between 4 a.m. and 1 p.m. that day. Loss: $7,000. The motorcycle was later located in a motorcycle accident on May 22.
Property damage was reported at 9:57 p.m. May 23 from Wasson Lane. The complainant told police a man busted open the door and was looking for a woman by name. The man was not known to the complainant. He then told the man he would give him money for the door and ran off. Damage: $100.
