Lois "Cookie"

Lois M. "Cookie" Jordahl, age 88 of Hudson, passed away on May 13, 2019 at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN. Lois was born on April 18, 1931 in Baldwin, to parents William and Hattie (Boumeester) Fern. She graduated from Baldwin High School in 1949, and was united in marriage to Richard Jordahl on September 26, 1953 at the First Reformed Church in Baldwin. Lois was fond of baking, and was known to make over 50 batches of sweets every Christmas season. She enjoyed family traditions, flower gardening, taking pictures to assemble photo albums, the annual family spring vacations to Florida, and spending time on Facebook to stay connected with family and friends. For the past 10 years, she was actively involved in fundraising and participating in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Hudson event. She also loved caring for their dog Simon and taking him for walks in the neighborhood. Lois held a strong christian faith and was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Hudson.
