Only Santa has the magic to be in many places at once. There are various opportunities to snag a photo with the white-bearded, cherry-nosed fellow this season.
Friday, Dec. 10
Kilkarney Hills Golf Course
RIVER FALLS – Bring your own camera to grab a photo with Santa, make crafts, decorate cookies and enjoy the Friday fish fry at Kilkarney Hills from 4:30-8 p.m. Reservations for six or more are recommended.
HUDSON – Knoke's and fellow Locust Street friends invite you to a festive Locust Street event for the whole family from 4-7 p.m.
With a “take a number" via text message notification system, families won’t be asked to wait in line for Santa. Instead, they’ll have the opportunity to visit participating stores while waiting. Visit the check-in table upon arrival to get started.
Santa will be seated on the outdoor patio of Postmark Grille or in their indoor vault depending on the weather.
Here are the events going on during Santa’s visit:
St. Croix Valley Food Bank asks for participants to bring non-perishable food items to help stop hunger in the St. Croix Valley. Large orange bins will be available to place items in.
Hudson Flower Shop will have a 'Make n' Take' reindeer food activity.
Knoke's will have complementary popcorn in store.
Postmark Grille is offering free hot chocolate for all plus a holiday gift-card promo.
Hudson High Swing Choir will be performing holiday music.
Rivergirl gifts is offering 10% off of your entire purchase when you donate a Hydra flask or similar style water bottle to the Raider Network, a local non-profit that supports homeless students in the community.
A'la mode Salon & Spa will have complimentary half hour facial certificates with an upgrade option available for only $20.
HUDSON – Santa will be making a special trip to HealthMax Chiropractic, 1810 Webster St Suite 5, from 5-7 p.m. Stop in and let Santa know what you want this year and snap a picture with him before you go.
Saturday, Dec. 11
Family Fresh Market
RIVER FALLS – Santa Claus is coming to Family Fresh from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Bring your own camera to snap some photos.
Angel’s Pet World
HUDSON – Join Angel’s Pet World for its annual Coco's Heart Dog Rescue fundraiser. Bring the whole family, including your pets, to take a photo with Santa from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There is a $10 suggested donation and all proceeds go to Coco's Heart Dog Rescue.
HASTINGS – Santa and Mrs. Claus are back again this year to help celebrate the holidays at Bremer Farms. The holiday display will be open for families to visit from 5-7 p.m. for a special drive by visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus at 7048 150th St. E., Hastings, Minn.
Bremer Farms will be collecting nonperishable foods and cash donations for Hastings Family Service. All the cash donations will go towards buying milk for families in need in Hastings during the coming months.
Everyone that comes will receive gifts from Santa, and Santa and Mrs. Claus will once again be happy to take a free picture with your family.
COVID-19 precautions will be taken:
If you are ill, experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, or are currently quarantining, stay home.
You will be required to stay in your car the entire visit.
You will open your window at various stops and your surprises from Bremer Farms will be delivered to you.
This is a drive through event. You are welcome to drive slowly through the event, but if you choose to stop to take a quick picture of any of the items on display, you must do so from your car.
Bremer Farm Lights is open daily from dusk to 10 p.m. during December. This is a special, one night event with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
United Fire and Rescue Station
HAMMOND – After social distancing last year, Santa will be returning to visit at the United Fire and Rescue Station. Get your wish lists ready and come have some milk and cookies with Santa from 10 a.m. to noon.
FIT Real Estate Group
HUDSON – Santa is coming to Hudson and making a stop at FIT Real Estate Group, 1615 Maxwell Dr., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for pictures, cocoa and hot cider.
Sunday, Dec. 12
Garage Bikes + Brews
RIVER FALLS – Santa will be at The Garage Bikes + Brews and 3 Schweet Sisters are hosting cookie decorating from 2-4 p.m.
Cookie decorating is a fee paid at the event. Reserve your spot. Six cookies for $15 or 12 cookies for $25. This includes cookies, royal icing, sprinkles and a box to take the cookies home in. There will be professionals to assist with the decorating.
Saturday, Dec. 18
NEW RICHMOND – From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., join Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Salty Heifer for cookie decorating, hot cocoa, ornament making and of course, pictures.
